Each individual may hold only one b345 account. Duplicate accounts — whether created under the same name, address, payment method, device, or IP address — are prohibited and will result in the closure of all linked accounts.
All players must complete identity verification (Know Your Customer) before withdrawals are processed. b345 reserves the right to request documentation at any stage of account activity, including during initial deposits.

1. General Terms and Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and b345 ("b345", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the b345 website located at b345.app and all associated services including sports betting, casino games, fishing games, live dealer tables, promotional offers, and customer support channels.

1.1 Scope of Services

1.2 Applicable Law
These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of b345 is lawful under the laws of their jurisdiction. b345 makes no representation that use of its services is lawful in every jurisdiction. If you are accessing b345 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted, you do so at your own risk and b345 accepts no liability arising from such use.
2. Eligibility and Age Restriction
Use of the b345 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
- Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. b345 operates a strict zero-tolerance policy towards underage gambling. Players found to be under 18 will have their accounts closed immediately and all balances, including any winnings, will be forfeited.
- Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
- Single account: You must not already hold an active or suspended b345 account. Each individual is permitted one account only.
- Own identity: You must register using your own true identity. Registering on behalf of another person, or permitting another person to operate your account, is prohibited.
- Not a prohibited person: You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of an employee of b345 or any of its affiliated game providers, payment partners, or technology suppliers.
2.1 Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion
Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are strongly encouraged to use the self-exclusion and responsible gaming tools available in their b345 account settings, or to contact our support team at [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests take immediate effect. During an active self-exclusion period, b345 will make reasonable efforts to prevent the excluded player from opening a new account, though b345 cannot guarantee prevention in all circumstances if the player provides false information. 3. Account Registration and Security
To access b345 services, you must complete the registration process and create a personal account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
3.1 Account Credentials
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. Any activity carried out using your account credentials will be treated as having been authorised by you, and b345 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to keep credentials secure.
If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify b345 support immediately by contacting [email protected]. b345 may temporarily suspend the account pending investigation.
3.2 KYC Documentation
b345 is required to verify the identity of all players. As part of this process, you may be asked to submit one or more of the following: a government-issued photo identity document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of residential address (issued within the last three months), and confirmation of the payment method used (such as the mobile number registered to your bKash or Nagad account).
b345 will process submitted documents with appropriate confidentiality. Documents are used solely for identity verification purposes and are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.
3.3 Account Currency
All b345 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, winnings, and bonus amounts are all displayed in BDT. b345 does not apply currency conversion fees on standard accounts for deposits and withdrawals made via supported Taka-denominated payment methods.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
b345 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the payment methods listed on the platform at the time of the transaction. Currently supported methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. b345 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time without prior notice.
4.1 Deposits
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and account tier.
- Deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
- b345 does not charge deposit fees on standard transactions, though your payment provider may apply their own charges independently.
- Deposits are typically credited to your b345 account within minutes of confirmation by the payment provider. Delays caused by the payment provider's systems are outside b345's control.
- b345 reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit if it suspects fraud, money laundering, or any other prohibited activity.
4.2 Withdrawals
- Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used to make the corresponding deposit, unless otherwise approved by b345 following a support request.
- A minimum wagering requirement applies before a withdrawal can be processed: the deposited amount must be wagered at least once (1x) before a withdrawal request will be accepted for deposits made without an associated bonus.
- Where a deposit is made with an active bonus, the bonus wagering requirements (detailed in Section 5) must be met before any withdrawal is processed.
- b345 targets a processing time of 15–30 minutes for verified accounts using bKash and Nagad during normal operating hours. Processing times for card methods may be longer depending on the issuing bank.
- b345 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing large or unusual withdrawal requests, which may extend processing time.
- Withdrawal requests that have not been processed may be cancelled by the player through the account dashboard. Once processing has commenced, cancellation is not possible.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
b345 offers various bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions to eligible players. All promotional offers are subject to these general Terms as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and the specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail for that promotion only.
5.1 General Bonus Conditions
- Bonuses are available to players who have a fully verified b345 account in good standing unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion.
- Each promotion is available once per player, per household address, per device, and per IP address, unless the promotional terms explicitly state otherwise.
- Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified in the promotional terms. Bonus credit and associated winnings that have not been wagered within the validity period will expire and be removed from the account balance without compensation.
- b345 reserves the right to withdraw any promotional offer, amend its terms, or cancel a player's participation in a promotion if it believes the player is abusing the offer, using multiple accounts, or engaging in prohibited betting patterns designed to exploit the promotion.
- Bonuses may only be used on games and markets that are explicitly listed as eligible in the promotional terms. Bets placed on ineligible games will not contribute to wagering requirements.
- b345 may set maximum bet limits that apply while bonus funds are active. Placing bets above these limits while a bonus is in play may result in voiding the bonus and related winnings.
5.2 VIP Programme
b345 operates a five-tier VIP programme (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond). Tier progression is based on cumulative wagering activity over a rolling assessment period. The specific thresholds, benefits, and assessment periods for each tier are published in the VIP programme terms, which form part of these Terms by reference. b345 reserves the right to revise the VIP programme structure, benefits, and tier thresholds at any time.
6. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
As a condition of using b345, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the b345 platform:
- Underage use: Accessing or using b345 if you are under 18 years of age, or knowingly allowing a person under 18 to use your account.
- Multiple accounts: Opening, using, or attempting to open more than one account, whether under your own name or a false identity.
- False information: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration or verification information at any stage.
- Automated play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated method to place bets, interact with games, or exploit the platform in a way not available to a standard manual user.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live dealer games, poker, or sports betting markets in a way that provides an unfair advantage, manipulates outcomes, or harms the integrity of the game or market.
- Exploitation of errors: Knowingly exploiting software errors, game malfunctions, pricing errors in odds, or system vulnerabilities. Any winnings resulting from a demonstrable error may be voided at b345's discretion.
- Abusive behaviour: Using threatening, abusive, offensive, or harassing language directed at b345 staff or other players via any communication channel.
- Money laundering: Using the b345 platform for the purpose of laundering funds derived from illegal activity, or to facilitate any transaction that constitutes or is intended to conceal a financial crime.
- Unauthorised commercial activity: Reproducing, reselling, or commercially exploiting any element of the b345 platform, including odds data, game content, or promotional materials, without written authorisation from b345.
b345 monitors all activity on the platform for compliance with these obligations. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, b345 reserves the right to suspend the account immediately, void affected bets and winnings, withhold or reverse pending withdrawals, and close the account permanently. b345 may also report the matter to relevant law enforcement or financial crime authorities where applicable.
7. Account Suspension and Closure
b345 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms.
- Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request.
- Suspected fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, or money laundering activity.
- Receipt of a chargeback or disputed transaction from a payment provider linked to the account.
- Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding twelve (12) months, following written notice to the registered email address.
- A court order, regulatory instruction, or legal requirement directing b345 to restrict or close the account.
7.1 Player-Initiated Closure
You may request the closure of your b345 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before closure is finalised, any remaining balance in your account (subject to satisfying applicable wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method. Accounts closed at the player's request may be reopened, subject to b345's standard re-verification process, provided the account was not closed for breach of these Terms.
7.2 Self-Exclusion Closure
Players who close their account via the self-exclusion programme will be treated differently from standard closure requests. Self-exclusion closures take immediate effect, and b345 will make reasonable efforts to prevent the account from being reopened during the self-exclusion period. Funds in the account at the time of self-exclusion will be returned to the player's verified payment method after the exclusion period ends, or sooner upon written request, provided no wagering requirements remain outstanding.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, b345 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the b345 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruption, or any loss arising from a technical fault, system outage, communication failure, or third-party service disruption.
8.1 Platform Availability
b345 aims to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to its services. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party outages (including those affecting payment providers or game studios), or force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. b345 will make reasonable efforts to notify players of planned downtime in advance but is not liable for losses arising from unavailability.
8.2 Game Malfunctions
In the event of a game malfunction, network disruption, or technical error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, b345 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the staked amount to the player's account. In no circumstance will b345 be liable for winnings that were generated as a direct result of a demonstrable technical malfunction.
8.3 Third-Party Content
Games available on b345 are provided by third-party studios including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. b345 is not responsible for errors, malfunctions, or unfair outcomes originating within third-party game software. All such issues should be reported to b345 support, who will liaise with the relevant provider on your behalf.
